Steve Belflower leads commercial and municipal project design and planning at HuntonBrady Architects. His project expertise encompasses several markets, including education and healthcare. His project management experience includes over five million square feet of office space with a construction value of approximately $400,000,000. Steve’s in-depth experience working with developers has earned him a reputation as the go-to architect for speculative and build-to-suit commercial office projects. Some of his notable projects include Lockheed Martin’s Research and Development Office, Flagler Development SouthPark, Doral City Hall, and Maitland Summit III. Steve is a graduate of the University of Florida and has a master’s degree in both architecture and building construction.
