Steve has been with HuntonBrady Architects for the past 13 years. Steve has worked on projects in several markets, including commercial, education and healthcare. His project management experience includes over 4 million square feet of office space with a construction value of approximately $300,000,000. Steve’s in-depth experience in working with developers has gained him a reputation as the “go to architect” for speculative and build-to-suit commercial office projects. Some of his notable projects include Lockheed Martin’s Research and Development Office, Flagler Development SouthPark, FCCI Insurance Group (LEED certified),and Maitland Summit III (LEED certified). Steve is a graduate of the University of Florida and has a masters degree in both Architecture and Building Construction.
