Susan Pendergraft, AIA, LEED AP
Susan is a project manager with over 20 years of architectural design experience in education, healthcare, commercial office and special projects. Recent projects include Central Florida Community College, Citrus Instructional & Conference Center; Seminole State College, Renovation to Buildings L & F; Orange County Public Schools, Killarney Elementary School; Orange County Public Schools Chickasaw Elementary School, and Renovation of the Catholic Charities Central Florida Service Center in Orlando. She is a LEED accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council and has served as both project manager and LEED administrator for new sustainable design projects. She graduated with a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
