Curascript Corporation, a national specialty pharmacy and distribution company, commissioned HuntonBrady Architects to design their new 140,000 square foot headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. The uniqueness of this project was to take an existing one- story flex office and create a 250 person call center and an executive office wing. The call center workstation configurations were designed to increase density of staff and allow future opportunities for reconfiguration.
The executive office wing houses their marketing, human resources, legal and upper management departments as well as support staff. The spacious lobby with its stone and glass walls is a gallery designed to showcase Curascript’s services. A large café break room was designed to provide all the needs of a 24-hour operation and opens up to a larger staff meeting space. The executive dining room and break area adjacent to the conference rooms provides a retreat from day-to-day business activity.
