This Class A mixed-use office building is the first phase of a new urbanist development in downtown Doral intended to create a pedestrian-oriented environment. At six stories, the building provides for 25,000 square foot floorplates with a mix of retail and office on the first level and office space occupying the remaining floors. When all phases are completed, the development will be comprised of approximately 600,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The building is designed to provide the efficiencies of a suburban office building while offering an urban walkable setting.Easy vehicular access and ample parking are complemented by a parking structure that connects to the office building on the second level with a pedestrian bridge. The exterior of the office building uses contemporary architectural language while following classical proportions with a base, middle and top. An all glass corner tower element provides a distinctive architectural feature and identity for the building. The owner’s goal is to have a LEED certified building upon completion.
