Health First’s newest hospital is located in Brevard County’s fastest growing communities. Sited to serve as the anchor of a 50-acre health complex, its center is a piazza with covered walkways, outdoor eating space, and lush landscaping, designed to encourage visitors and staff to walk between buildings and benefit from Florida’s sunshine and climate. Medical office buildings will flank the piazza on the north and south sides.
The five-story, 251,317 gsf hospital has 70 medical surgical beds and 14 critical care beds. One additional floor of shelled space will accommodate two future patient units.
