The Inwood Headquarters is located in Winter Springs, Florida. Inwood requested a flexible office building that would be capable of growing with their business. Our solution was to design a 30,000 SF, multi-tenant office building that is capable of transforming into a 45,000 SF single-tenant headquarters. The photos shown here are the phase I office building.The lobby is offset in order to provide open and contiguous office space in phase I. Phase II will be added to the other side of the lobby in the future when Inwood is in need of additional space. The building was designed so the tenant will not have to vacate the premises during phase II construction.
