Maurizio is a Vice President and Design Principal. Maurizio leads the design efforts and is responsible for establishing the creative direction of the firm. Using a hands-on approach, Maurizio is involved in every aspect of the design process including programming, master planning, design and interiors of all of the firm's projects. Committed to design excellence, Maurizio has been in charge of the design of many of the award-winning projects undertaken by the firm. In 2006, Maurizio received the State of Florida AIA Honor Design award for his consistent design excellence in architectural practice, and in 2008 he was the recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus award from the University of Florida.
