Jones Lang LaSalle selected HuntonBrady Architects to design a building that was distinctly different from others in the surrounding area in both form and style, while choosing a color palette that would complement the buildings in the area, including the new Mall at Millenia. A light warm grey precast concrete, silver reflective glass and clear anodized mullions were chosen to give the building a simple elegance that incorporated modern style with classically inspired proportions. High quality materials were utilized throughout the building to enhance the richness of the building’s exterior. Granite, marble, wood veneer, as well as stainless steel are used in the two-story lobby and in the common areas.
