For their Orlando Headquarters, the civil engineering and planning firm of MSCW looked to celebrate their tradition of award-winning design. The MSCW headquarters is located in the “New-Urbanist” town center of Orlando’s Baldwin Park, a neighborhood master planned by MSCW. The MSCW headquarters reflects the progressive, creative, and youthful character of the firm.
Comprised of 32,000 usable square feet, the program includes spaces for the departments of Design, Leadership, Accounting, I.T., Human Resources, and Marketing. The facility also provides amenities such as a creative cafe, flexible conferencing and a dramatic two-story reception lobby. A flexible universal planning module is the basis for the layout of the design studio encouraging creativity and interaction among the design staff and the studio managers.
