The Phase V Expansion of the Orange County Convention Center adds approximately 3 million square feet of exhibition, meeting room and public space. The Phase V Expansion adds just under one million square feet of exhibition space to an exisiting 1.1 million square foot west complex. This provides an enormous 2.1 million square feet of exhibition space all connected by a 1,500-foot long, open-air walkway across International Drive.
There are 25 meeting rooms and 94 breakouts totaling 166,050 square feet. The entire complex has 74 meeting rooms and 254 breakouts for a total of 492,000 square feet of meeting space.
This facility also has four 24 foot wide truck entrances and loading docks that measure 2,000 linear feet with five separate entrances.
HuntonBrady Architects worked in association with HHCP Architects and TVS&A of Atlanta to design this $490,000,000 expansion.
