Pizzuti Companies commissioned HuntonBrady Architects to design this Class A , 160,000 SF office tower in uptown Orlando. There are four levels of parking and 10,000 SF of ground floor retail including a restaurant. This LEED office building will feature high performance windows, bamaboo plantings, terrazzo floors and open spaces not divided by columns. There will be an outdoor plaza as well.
