Designed for a nationwide engineering firm, this three-story regional headquarters has a one-story lobby designed to function as a gallery for project displays. PBS&J requested all departments be grouped together to encourage interaction and reduce support space requirements. The core area of support space includes reception, conference, work and team rooms, break room, and formal conference rooms. The remainder of the floor is open office area. This layout allows each department to be individually defined, yet fosters open communication and creativity.
