2008 AIA Orlando Chapter Award of ExcellenceThe Center for Economic Development is strategically located on six acres in the heart of Colonial Town Business Park along Florida'sI-4 High Technology Corridor. The 65,000 square foot facility is the business technology portal for the community. Based on partnerships, communication, flexibility and responsiveness, the center will provide individuals and the business community with relevant programming for the emergent workforce, for retraining, for on-going knowledge acquisition and for lifelong learning.
The building program suites include economic development, corporate college, multiple learning suites, public suite, support services, building services and the information commons.
