This 4-story, 105,000 sf office building is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. Throughout the design of this building, Trammell Crow Company made decisions to promote sustainable design including preserving over 50% of the site in its natural state, using a sloping highly reflective roof to minimize heat gain, employing deep roof overhangs and sunshade devices to reduce heat gain through building glazing, using reclaim water to irrigate landscaping, reducing water use by over 30% through the selection of water conserving plumbing fixtures, adding on to an existing on-site chilled water plant for efficient cooling of the building, purchasing green power, monitoring outside air delivery for increased indoor air quality, and maximizing daylight and views by providing natural light for 90% of the indoor spaces.
