This 7-story, 230,000 sf project is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification. Liberty Property Trust’s commitment to sustainable development is evident throughout the design of this project with decisions to use green development practices such as assuring that parking capacity does not exceed minimum code to conserve land, using water conserving drip irrigation, reducing water use by over 30% through the selection of water conserving plumbing fixtures, utilizing tenant sub-metering as an incentive for reduced energy consumption by tenants, using recycled concrete base for paving, monitoring outside air delivery for increased indoor air quality, maximizing daylight and views by providing natural light for 90% of the indoor spaces, and incorporating an interactive kiosk to educate the public regarding sustainable design.
