This four-story, 171,000 square foot building serves as the ceremonial front door for the new UCF College of Medicine campus located on 50-acres in Lake Nona, Florida. The building houses all medical school functions, including the medical library, lecture halls, classrooms, teaching laboratories, state-of-the-art simulation learning laboratories and a clinical skills center rivaling those of major medical schools throughout the country. Targeting LEED Gold.

Specifically, the Teaching Laboratories focus on the biological sciences, including biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics and cell biology; the Clinical Skills Center provides a simulated clinical setting for students to learn and practice essential skills such as conducting physical exams; and the Simulation Learning Resource Center is equipped with training simulators and medical mannequins to simulate a variety of settings, such as an operating room, emergency room and delivery room.

Additional spaces include faculty and administrative offices, kitchen and adjacent dining areas, public gathering spaces, media production room, and a student lounge and workout room.
