This facility is a fully accredited technical school that focuses on motorcycle, marine and personal water craft mechanics. This 90,000 SF building is on 27.5 acres and supports a student population of 1,200 spread over two shifts five days a week and a staff of approximately 115. The main entry to the building includes an iconic tower that is visible from I-95 and a high volume atrium style lobby. The classrooms, laboratories, libraries and faculty space are all organized around 3 separate courtyards. Each courtyard has a specific focus and can be used as outdoor classroom/lab space. The building is very flexible and has been designed to incorporate future needs such as automotive and large marine inboard engine training facilities.
