Tom Wannen, AIA

Associate Principal

Tom Wannen is an Associate Principal and Project Manager with over 21 years of architectural design experience, including commercial, education, healthcare, religious, and multi-family projects. He received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of South Florida in 2006. Tom has earned three design awards, which include the 2010 Florida Foundation for Architecture Healthcare Clinic for the Homeless Competition, 2009 Florida Foundation for Architecture Sustainable Classroom Competition, and 2008 Florida Foundation for Architecture Modular House Competition. Notable projects include Truist Plaza at Church Street Station, AC Hotel, Valencia College-Osceola Building 4, Lake Nona Gateway Medical Office Building, and Hillsborough Community College Student Services Building. Alongside Maurizio, Tom leads our education market in both K-12 and higher education projects. Outside of the office, he spends his time camping with his family in Florida, or in the mountains of Georgia or North Carolina.
