HuntonBrady was tasked to design the headquarters for one of the largest providers of building technologies. The Center for Intelligent Buildings, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is a 224,000 SF innovation and technology experience center. The United Technologies Center contains modern and connected workspaces for 500 employees, and is an environmentally sustainable building designed to the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum standards.

The building serves as the global headquarters for a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems. The building consists of two five-story wings flanked by a four-story atrium. The atrium is intended to be a light-filled space for a multitude of uses, such as collaboration, pre-function activities for the conference center, a public entry point for visitors, and the main reference point from anywhere in the building.
