As one of Downtown’s major class-A offices, 111 N Orange Avenue is home to multiple tenants. The lobby space needed a modern renovation to transform it from its former design. The new lobby brightens the space and utilizes upgraded finishes and lighter colors to be more inviting to workers and visitors.

The Owner and management company’s goal was to select an architecture firm that also specializes in interior architecture. 111 N. Orange was given a refreshed and modern lobby renovation. This was a successful achievement and enabled the Owner and management company to market potential new tenants and retain current tenants.
