CommonSpirit St. Francis Hospital - Interquest

This 139,600 SF, 72-bed orthopedic “greenfield” hospital and wellness campus of 60 acres on the northern limits of Colorado Springs makes a powerful statement about the healing powers of nature and the owner’s commitment to “whole person care."

Level One includes a 14-bed emergency department, an imaging department with CT, radiography, MRI, ultrasound, a two-story public lobby concourse area, restaurant and dietary space, and a unique chapel that accommodates individualized reflection. It is also expandable into adjacent space as a highly functional community church.

Level Two includes a 24-bed inpatient unit, the sterile processing department, hospital administration, and support services, including materials management, pharmacy, lab, biomedical engineering and plant operations.

Level Three provides a 48-bed inpatient unit with critical care flexibility from 8 to 16 beds to address surges in high-acuity patients.
