This six-story, 170,000 SF medical office building is designed into the urban master plan of the Lake Nona Town Center with a public plaza and retail components. It is attached to a wellness center with an integral lobby and building entries on both the plaza and parking sides. Pedestrian scale for first-floor retail opportunities is reinforced by deep overhangs on both the medical office building and retail building. The building design includes an organic pattern in the north-facing curtainwall façade, achieved through a frit added to the glass panels, while the remainder of the building exterior features a vertically striated pattern of precast and glass.
