HuntonBrady Architects designed the new nine-story, 300,000 square foot headquarters for Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a consolidation of their two office locations in the Orlando area. The design concept was inspired by imagery from their worldwide resort locations in order to create a workplace that embodied a vacation atmosphere while being at work. As our largest corporate interiors project to date, the office includes an employee break room, café, large conference room, and an open lobby, with natural light permeating these spaces.

Marriott wanted to create a place for team members to desire to come to work in order to promote team synergy, productivity, and fun. O-Town West, the southwest Orlando development that houses the new headquarters, has walking distance proximity to local restaurants and retail. In addition, the client wanted an on-site food service venue, a fitness center, and a conference center that would provide amenities for staff to utilize and enjoy.
