HuntonBrady Architects was commissioned to design various buildings within the heart of the Lake Nona Community in Orlando, all of which are within walking distance of each other and share a similar architectural language. Tavistock Development Company’s Headquarter Building B sits adjacent to Building C, which we previously completed in 2021.

The new, seven-story, 263,000 square foot corporate building will offer Class-A office space to future tenants in the highly-desired area of Lake Nona. Different colored mullions create a gradient effect on the south façade. A covered balcony on the seventh floor overlooks Lake Nona Boulevard, offering views of UCF’s Health Sciences Campus and planes as they fly overhead, to and from Orlando International Airport.
