HuntonBrady Architects has designed a new, four-story medical office building for Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. The 80,000 square foot facility is the first structure on the Panama City Beach Health Campus, which will include a full-service hospital by the end of 2026.

The facility was designed for multi-tenant physician suites, including a fourth level ambulatory surgery center, which contains four operating rooms, one future operating room, fourteen prep/recovery cubicles, and eight PACU bays. This floor also consists of a sterile processing department and administration suite.
