The project consists of a new 124,517 SF four-story office building utilizing steel-framed construction and composite aluminum skin with curtainwall glazing systems. The glazing systems incorporate a mix of large horizontal and vertical mullion extensions. Along the main road, the mullions display a vibrant gradation of color. The interior public spaces of the building include a palette of rich wood tones, aluminum ceiling, and glazing systems with complementary wall coverings and tile.
