This project was an interior buildout of the ground level of a shell structure. The main area is an Incubator space that is designed to be flexible for sub-tenants and will focus on high-tech startup companies. Some of the design elements include high-tech view glass, a smart glass-based storefront system, custom art murals, and an industrial interior design.
