Summer of Speaking - Shanna Francis, IIDA Featured on Podcasts & Panels

Our Director of Corporate Interiors, Shanna Francis, IIDA, shared her insight into designing modern workspaces during multiple conferences this summer. With over 25 years of experience designing for companies of all sizes, Shanna is our in-house expert when it comes to creating spaces that excite and motivate staff.

While attending Design Days in June, Shanna sat down with OFS to record an episode for their podcast, Imagine a Place. Shanna discussed her career as an interior designer, carving a professional path for herself as a mother of four, and the importance of leading with empathy. Last month, Shanna served as a panelist at the WorkX Conference in Boston. The session, “Humans Over Hierarchy: Designing Workscapes for People, Not Titles,” focused on the recent trend in office spaces to design for staff collaboration, access to leadership, and creating a place where employees actually want to work.
